The Springfield Business Development Corporation (SBDC), the economic development subsidiary of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, will present the Seventh Annual Economic Outlook Conference on Thursday, October 28, 2010. 

Keynote speaker J. Mac Holladay, founder and CEO of Atlanta-based consulting firm Market Street Services, will provide recommendations on a new "blueprint" for economic development in Springfield.  A panel of local business leaders will provide their response and perspective:
