With a corporate headquarters just outside Springfield, banking software company Jack Henry & Associates has completed construction on an additional 500,000 square foot Springfield campus. The 10th largest public accounting firm in the U.S., BKD, has begun construction of a new corporate headquarters building in downtown Springfield. Nationally-renowned retailer O'Reilly Auto Parts grew its operation from infancy to a $3 billion dollar company with local resources.

These corporate offices have been able to succeed in the Springfield region's 331,000 person labor force by utilitizing the friendly business climate and the 49,000+ college students. Half of those students attend Missouri State University which is home to the largest business college in a seven state area.
