Springfield continues to rank as one of the safest driving cities

Springfield continues to rank as one of the safest driving cities, according to Allstate Insurance. But Springfield’s ranking fell to 21st this year, compared to 13th in 2008, according to the insurance company.
According to the report, the average driver in Springfield will experience an auto collision every 11.1 years.
