The Partnership Industrial Center West Administrative Council has entered into a contract with Springfield Industrial Properties, LLC to develop a 75,000 square foot speculative industrial building on 7 acres of
PIC West in Springfield. The building information is as follows:
- 250' x 300' (expandable)
- 8" insulated precast walls
- 50' columnar spacing
- ceiling height is 26' clear
- full utilities
- located in the
Enhanced
Enterprise Zone.
Building plans are available at the offices of Butler, Rosenbury & Partners, Inc., 417-865-6100. The facility will be ready to show to prospective tenants by late July or early August
(2005).
