REGIONAL
ORGANIZATION MAKES FIRST
INVESTMENT IN LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS |
|
The Ozarks Regional Community Development Corporation closed on its
first loan Thursday to Downhill Bikes & Accessories in Branson.
This bicycle shop serving the Tri-Lakes area since 1996 will use the
gap financing to expand marketing efforts and build inventory to
accommodate demand. The project will also create a minimum of one
new job.
The ORCDC provides gap-financing loans up to $50,000 for small
businesses in the 10-county region. The corporation was formed in
coordination with the Ozarks Regional Economic Partnership, a
collaborative organization of 66 cities, counties and chambers in
the 10-county region. |
