COLLEGE ENROLLMENT LISTS UPDATED |

The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Springfield
Business & Development Corporation update Springfield's major
employers and college enrollment lists each fall. Both provide
valuable information on the 5-county Springfield metro area.
Health care continues to dominate the
top of the major employers list with CoxHealth and St. John's Health
Systems accounting for more than 16,000 employees. To make the
list employers must have more than 400 employees. To view the entire

This school year, nearly 39,000 college
students call Springfield home, with almost 18,000 of those
attending Southwest Missouri State's Springfield campus alone.
Ozarks Technical Community College continues to grow rapidly, with
